2. Wrap the cuff around the upper arm of your left hand, make sure the cuff lies about 2-3cm(0.8-1.2in) above the elbow. And you should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm
3. Stretch your arm forward on the desk and keep relaxing. Make sure your palm is upturned, cuff and the heart are at the same level. Sit still and avoid body movement during the measurement
4. After selecting the user, press the START/STOP to start measurement, and it will finish the whole measurement for the selected use

- It is more accurate to use on left arm. During the same time period, the measurement data of the left and right arms could be different.

- Wrap cuff around upper arm and rest arm on the table so cuff is level with your heart.
