【Distance Sensing and Tracking Principle】 When the Bluetooth connection between your device and the Air Tracker Tag is within 200 feet, you can use the "Play Sound" feature (100dB) to emit an alert tone for locating the item. Once Lost Mode is enabled, even if out of Bluetooth range, it will upload location data to iCloud via Apple's global device network for continuous tracking. (Actual effective range varies with environment and signal: ~60m in open areas, ~30m when obstructed.)

Enabling "Lost Mode" and leaving contact information allows nearby Apple users to anonymously provide the Smart Tag's location, significantly increasing recovery chances.

【Privacy and Security】 This MFi-certified Tracker encrypts all communications anonymously, and location data is never stored on the Air Tracker Tag—even the manufacturer cannot access it. Your tracking records for wallets (Wallet Tracker), luggage, and other items remain fully confidential, ensuring truly secure anti-loss protection.
【Principle of Location Update Frequency】 A depends on the number of nearby Apple devices; B nearby Apple devices need to have Bluetooth turned on and ensure Bluetooth is active (connected state); C network latency – Apple's network inherently has delays, and Find My currently cannot achieve fully real-time updates. It will record the last updated location, which is not GPS positioning.
【Lost Reminder Guide】 The Lost Reminder in Find My app helps prevent losing important items. When your device moves beyond set distance/time from your phone, Find My auto-triggers alerts.
