Use a Different Address
Sometimes, the issue can be resolved by using a different address even if the address isn’t far from your location.
If you have a friend or relative living nearby, you can enter their address into your address book and check whether or not it works now.
To enter a new address to your address book, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into your Amazon account.
Step 2: Take your cursor over to “Account & Lists” on the top-right of the Amazon home page and click on “Your Account” as shown below:

Step 5: Fill in your address details and click on Submit.
Once you’ve added this new address to your account, go back to your shopping cart, change the shipping address to the new address and check to see if it works or not.
Use an Amazon Hub
Amazon Hub lockers are compartments you can get assigned to yourself where you can receive packages from Amazon.
These lockers are usually located in convenience stores and other similar places of business across the United States.
You’ll need to collect your package from the Amazon Hub locker within 3 days. If you don’t do so, the product will be returned and your money will be refunded.
While many of these lockers are available to access 24/7, you need to keep in mind that some of them are located in places of business that close after business hours.
Hence, make sure to check the availability of the Amazon Hub locker you choose.
In order to choose a nearby Amazon Hub locker, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into your Amazon account.
Step 2: Take your cursor over to “Account & Lists” on the top-right of the home page on Amazon and click on “Your Account” as shown below:
Step 3: On the next page, under the “Ordering and shopping preferences” section, go to “Your addresses” as shown below:
Step 4: On the next page, click on the plus sign that says “Add Address” as shown below:
Step 5: On the next page, click on the link that says “Or find an Amazon pickup location near you >” as shown below:
Step 6: Enter the nearest address, zip code, or landmark in the search bar in order to find a list of Amazon Hub lockers near you and select the most appropriate one.
Once you’ve chosen an appropriate locker location, click on “Add to My Addresses” and the locker should become available as an option for shipping during checkout.
Now, you can go back to your shopping cart and check whether or not the item is able to be shipped to the Amazon Hub locker.
